What kind of hair do you sell?

We only sell 100% virgin human hair — soft, full, and built to last. Choose from lace wigs, bundles, closures, and frontals in a variety of textures and lengths.

Are your wigs and bundles ready to wear?

Our lace wigs come pre-plucked with natural hairlines and adjustable straps. They’re beginner-friendly and easy to install. Bundles are great for sew-ins, quick weaves, or custom wig making.

How long does shipping take?

• USA & Canada: Free shipping, delivery in 5–7 business days
• Europe & Africa: $10 flat rate shipping, 5–9 business days
• Processing time: 1–3 business days
  All orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx with tracking.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We accept returns for unused, unaltered hair in original packaging within 15 days of purchase. Worn or modified items are non-refundable. Read our full Refund Policy for details.

How do I choose the right lace size or length?

Can I color or bleach the hair?

Yes! All our virgin hair can be bleached, dyed, or toned. We recommend letting a professional stylist handle any coloring or chemical processes to protect the hair.

Will my bundles or wigs shed?

Shedding is minimal and similar to natural hair. Our hair is double-wefted and sealed to reduce shedding and increase durability with proper care.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

We currently offer retail pricing only.
