  • Refunds are available for unused, unworn, and unaltered hair extensions purchased directly from House of Extensions.
  • Hair must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days from the date of purchase.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

  • Hair extensions that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after purchase are not eligible for a refund.
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers or other websites are not eligible for a refund through House of Extensions. Please contact the original seller for their refund policy.

📦 Return Process
